Job Description

  • Provide top-tier third-level support, tackling and solving intricate technical issues.
  • Manage and deploy cutting-edge solutions such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
  • Contribute to exciting security and infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their IT needs and deliver proactive, innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with a talented internal team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Enhance internal processes by maintaining clear documentation and refining support workflows.



The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years in a professional environment, with a strong foundation in IT support.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues with ease.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and server management.
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting, security solutions, and tools like Microsoft Intune.
  • Familiarity with virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V, VMware) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Strong communication skills and a talent for creating clear, actionable documentation
