Job Description
* Conduct apartment tours and inspections for prospective residents
* Manage and process tenancy applications from start to finish
* Resident management services including but not limited to lease renewals and rent reviews
* Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
* Maintain and keep database up to date and accurate
* Negotiating acceptable outcomes between Home and Residents
The Successful Applicant
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong knowledge of the property market and key participants
* Effective networking and influencing skills
* Outstanding Customer Service and ability to maintain positive relationships
* Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills
* Highly organised and efficient with a can-do attitude
