About Our Client

Our client creates high-quality apartments that are purposefully designed and constructed for the rental market. They are seeking a Leasing Manager to join the leadership team and play a crucial part in the companies strategy and growth.

Job Description

  • Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents, generate new leases at the highest effective rent possible and achieve monthly sales quotas while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy
  • Motivate, train and lead sales and service team to reach leasing & ancillary add-on goals
  • Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy, and implements creative strategies around pricing, concessions, leasing incentives, and advertising to boost traffic and leases
  • Conducts property inspections, ensure that the physical aspects of the property, meet established standards for safety, cleanliness, and general appearance
  • Reviews and analyses financial reports, shop reports, traffic and closing ratios, and other operational reports to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance
