Your role will be crucial to managing the firm's financial operations, ensuring smooth transactions and settlements, all while providing much-needed administrative support.Manage trust account processes, including overdraws and EFTAssist with trust account reporting and support the bookkeeper with daily tasksHelp process post-settlement letters and ensure all documentation is accurate and timelyProvide general admin support, including answering emails and handling ad hoc requestsSome PA duties from time to timeThe Successful ApplicantWe are looking for someone with strong admin skills and some level of experince in the finance space able to grow into the role.
