Level 1 IT Support Officer
Initial 3 month assignment with a possible ongoing extension
About Our Client
Our client is well known for providing community services. They are looking to expand their ICT team and bring on an ividual who has a genuine interest in technology and is passionate about assisting internal and external users.
Key duties and responsibilities for the Windows 10 Deployment Technician will include:
- Deploying Windows 10 projects and providing Level 1 Support to internal and external users;
- Utilising assets management tools to update inventory registers;
- Excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude, passionate assisting external and internal users;
- Troubleshoot and resolve general Level 1 and Windows 10 issues when deploying;
- Re-imaging and liaising with a core technical team to resolve upgrade issues and give end users advice and support with Windows 10.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role providing Level 1 IT Support;
- SSCM and Windows 10 practical experience essential;
- Technical experience - knowledge of 365 Microsoft Office products;
- Proactive, reliable and organised individual with a customer-focused approach;and
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
