About Our Client

Job Description
The key responsibilities include:
- Manage analysis & recommendations across the Logistics portfolio
- Business Unit TMS management and reporting
- Support the Logistics teams with financial and activity based details
- Key owner of Logistics Master Data in ERP.
- Drive continuous improvement activities with 3PLs and internal teams
- Consult teams across all financial, analytical & inventory control requirements
- Working closely with Finance on month end results and drivers
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate requirements include:
Essential
- FMCG Warehouse & Transport Experience
- Good understanding of principles of:
- cost centre reporting
- cost accounting
- Strong communication to management teams internal and external
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Inquisitive, and challenging of costs, and processes
- Understanding of logistics principles, systems, processes, and operational networks, including equipment pooling
- ERP experience within Logistics modules
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
Desirable
- Financial background
- Previous experience in Retail FMCG
