Job Description



  • Build and lead a high-performing maintenance team, setting clear goals and providing guidance and training to drive team success.


  • Develop and manage a cutting-edge preventative maintenance program, including routine inspections and proactive measures to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.


  • Oversee contractor management and inventory control, ensuring quality work and availability of essential parts for seamless operations.


  • Enforce strict safety and compliance standards, conduct regular audits, and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in maintenance management within a chemical or industrial setting.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing preventative maintenance programs to ensure high equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
