Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a proactive and safety-focused Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities at an Erskine Park facility. In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of all facilities and automation solutions. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and promote a safe working culture.Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 5-6, including one team leader.
  • Oversee suppliers and contracts, ensuring service records are maintained and breakdowns are promptly attended to.
  • Support upcoming projects and new installations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage annual maintenance budgets and expenditure.
  • Develop and execute a site preventative maintenance program.
  • Manage contractor performance and execute vendor contracts.
  • Maintain MHE and manage downtime to prevent operational impact.

The Successful Applicant

Our ideal candidate will have strong maintenance management experience across both a distribution and production environment. You will also have:

  • Experience creating site preventative maintenance programs.
  • Strong contractor management skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of scheduled works.
  • Strong technical knowledge and quick decision-making skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft software products.
