Job Description

  • Lead and manage a maintenance team
  • Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance for high-speed machinery
  • Supervise contractors and manage capital projects
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards



The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced in high-speed manufacturing environments
  • Holds a mechanical trade certificate
  • Skilled in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Proven leader with strong team management abilities
  • Knowledgeable about OHS&E standards and modern maintenance practices
  • Capable of managing contractors and overseeing complex projects
  • Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping and problem-solving skills
