Job Description

  • Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and forecasting
  • Support budgeting cycles and long‑range planning
  • Analyse financial performance across business units and provide commentary
  • Develop cost models, profitability reporting, and operational metrics
  • Maintain and improve financial systems, controls, and processes
  • Partner with operational managers to interpret data and drive performance improvement
  • Assist with project evaluations, capital expenditure reviews, and business case development
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA (or working towards).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting software.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to managing financial performance.
