In Australia, dormakaba are a market leading innovator, who design, manufacture and install highly customised, integrated solutions for a variety of access solutions. They have recently made adjustments to their Finance team, to enable them to support the business's achieve its strategic goals.
The Management Reporting and Analysis Manager is a newly created role, reporting into the Finance Director. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely management reports, for both operational and commercial areas of the business. You will be expected to drive continuous improvement in the finance function by enhancing the information and insights used by stakeholders for decision making.
As a leader in the business, you will be responsible for developing two Analysts, as well as providing strategic support for the Finance Director. You are expected to support and collaborate with senior stakeholders from across the business, both locally and overseas, which requires a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness. Success in this role will be achieved by providing accurate and insightful reports that can be relied upon to drive strategic initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
Our client is looking for a candidate who can support the Finance Director to achieve strategic objectives. CA / CPA membership is expected, as is previous experience in a multinational, manufacturing/ import organisation. High level reporting and analytical skills are required by this individual, and experience in developing dashboard and scorecard reports expected. Experience with SAP-CO (controlling) module and BI tools are essential. Stakeholder management skills are important in this role, and they should be complimented by an analytical and inquisitive mindset. Leadership and Management skills will be developed, and dormakaba can offer career advancement.
