Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the introduction of new products into manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimise workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor production timelines and budgets for new product initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address technical challenges effectively.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior management on project progress.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in new product introduction within a manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with compliance and safety standards in manufacturing.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
