They are now seeking a Manufacturing Manager with an alignment of values to join their leadership team.
Job Description
As the Manufacturing Manager, you will report directly into the Manufacturing Operations Manager and will take full management responsibility of a fast paced, multi-shift, state of the art manufacturing operation.
The successful candidate will need to drive the strategic direction and cultural journey of the business with high operational performance. You will need to demonstrate experience in lean and continuous improvement manufacturing principles, a strong commercial acumen and excellent people management skills to continually improve on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, cost, productivity, and support business growth.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial manufacturing background and a notable track record of change and system improvement.
- Bachelor of Engineering or other relevant degree or comparable industry experience and qualification
- 7+ years in a similar level position
- Significant experience within a fabrication or building products manufacturing operation
- Strong knowledge & implementation experience of quality & lean manufacturing systems
- Hands-on approach that can demonstrate natural and authentic people leadership skills
