Job Description

  • Manage and deliver marketing and communications strategies across digital platforms, events, sponsorships, and corporate initiatives.
  • Oversee content creation for investor updates, email campaigns, thought leadership, and social media.
  • Lead the planning and execution of high‑profile events and sponsorships, ensuring seamless engagement and delivery.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to produce creative, digital, and PR outputs.
  • Support proactive media outreach, market research, and competitor analysis to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Utilise CRM and marketing tools to manage campaigns, track effectiveness, and report outcomes.
  • Manage budgets and administration for marketing and communications activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing and Communications Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications within the financial services industry.
  • Direct experience within the investment, superannuation, or wealth management sectors.
  • Proven ability to write, edit, and deliver high‑quality content across multiple channels.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Indesign advantageous).
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • A collaborative team player with leadership qualities and a passion for delivering results.
