About Our Client

The client is an Australian owned and operated QSR business, operating in the Australian market for over 20 years. The company is currently experiencing strong growth in their market and is seeing regular expansion of the business in the form of new franchise's opening across the East Coast.

Job Description

  • Be responsible for understanding the Marketing Program of Works, liaising with key stakeholders and franchisee's and translating the head-office campaign into brand consistent localised marketing promotions
  • Provide general support to the businesses stakeholders whilst performing a wide-range of marketing activities and tasks
  • Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, content creation, calendar planning and reporting/analytics platforms
  • Complete website amendments in the form of copy updates and agency coordination, while remaining accountable for attention to detail with the brand's presentation and content on all digital platforms
  • Understand the existing product offerings and undertake market research to continuously identify market gaps and no areas of opportunity
  • Build strong ongoing relationships with external (e.g. Agencies, Licensees) and internal (e.g. Supply Chain, Operations) stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and driven marketer with a diverse understanding of marketing practices across both digital and traditional media. The role requires a candidate with strong experience in creating an overarching marketing campaign, who can liaise with stakeholders and translate these campaigns into brand-consistent localised marketing.

  • Previous experience in retail marketing preferably with franchise experience
  • Resilience, tenacity and a can do attitude ensuring you go the extra mile to service stakeholders effectively
  • Be a clear and concise communicator who is able to help all national stakeholders understand important information
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Must have a hands-on approach, be pro-active, positive and growth mindset
  • Excellent written, presentation and relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of social media platforms
  • Sound working knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
