Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote membership growth and engagement.
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, website, and print materials.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and branding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing materials and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the organisation's website and social media accounts, ensuring timely and relevant content.
  • Assist in the development and execution of member communication strategies.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for community engagement and the mission of the non-profit sector.
