Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Event administration including accommodation and delegate bookings.
  • Assistance with the planning, development and execution of social media content, including designing social tiles in InDesign.
  • Implement the social media strategy.
  • Assist in the delivery of marketing campaigns and subscription content to members using CRM (Click Dimensions).
  • Assistance with Google AdWords, campaigns and search engine optimisation (SEO).
  • Other administrative tasks when required by the marketing team.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Event Management.
  • Experience managing a wide range of tasks and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience executing digital campaigns and utilising tools e.g Google Analytics, Click Dimensions, Mailchimp and Wordpress are highly desirable.
  • Prior experience coordinating events in person and online (including webinars, workshops and conferences).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and work responsibilities.
