Marketing Coordinator

Drive & create local marketing campaigns

• In alignment with the Global Campaign Specialist, use material for global campaigns and define the local user journeys for product launches and product life-cycle campaigns
• Set up, track and analyse local marketing campaign performance and define continuous improvement plans
• Build, test and maintain automation work-flows to enhance campaigns
• Work closely with the Events and Training Manager to ensure marketing activities support the projected growth and plan
• Responsible for executing all marketing activities and campaigns in Australia and NZ that will support and drive the business

Drive CRM in the local market

• Align with the Global CRM Specialist that the local CRM is set up correct
• Together with the Country Manager ensure that CRM is used by the local team
• Secure all local work-flows and lead management is working and track and analyse it

Manage local Website and Online store

• Manage the local website and publish online content related to campaigns and ensure consistency, compliance, and effective execution
• Build, test, and maintain local web pages
• Together with the Global Web Specialist track and analyse the local website and online sales

MINOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and provide Area Managers with email templates, social media posts and other materials
• Ensure all lead information is provided to Area Managers and support them where needed for conversion
• Support and implement SEO, SEM and PPC strategies
