About Our Client

Join one of Australian's largest property development organisations and work within a high performing team. My client specialises within a number of different areas across property, however you would have a core focus on a well established commercial property. This also extends across retail, which gives you a great opportunity to gain experience in both areas.

Job Description

  • Assist Retail Marketing Manager in maintaining key external relationships including community organisations, partnerships and media.
  • Support Retail Marketing Manager in project set-up tasks associated with the establishment of the commercial property.
  • Work with Retail Marketing Manager, to develop and implement events, activations and installations according to set activity plans.
  • Assist Retail Marketing Manager in the delivery of tenant welcome initiatives and retail campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote activities according to set activity plans.
  • Coordinate social media posting.
  • Assemble and format monthly performance figures for management reports.
  • Coordinate campaign briefs including graphic design briefs, photography and videography briefs.
  • Liaise with the technology and web team to brief in weekly eDM and associated content
  • In collaboration with Retail Marketing Manager and General Manager deliver marketing support to retail tenants.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with operations team to plan and manage tasks relating to compliance, security, safety, waste, logistics which are triggered by marketing activities.
  • Assume responsibility for digital signage CMS systems
  • Administrative duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role with demonstrated campaign delivery experience.
  • Customer orientated with demonstrated ability to understand the needs of the target audience and how to channel these insights into marketing activities.
  • A team player with demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment with complex stakeholder network.
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic and willing to take on new tasks and opportunities as they arise.
  • Professional with clear written and oral communication skills, exemplary time management and strong organisational skills.
  • Confident and capable of effectively writing briefs and managing outcomes with internal team, and through external agencies and freelancers when required
  • Experience in property or retail is desirable, but not essential. I would encourage you to apply if you have experience as a Marketing Coordinator within a professional environment across professional services, or shopping centres.
