Job Description

What you'll be up to: 360 Consumer Marketing Plans:

Develop and adapt local 360-degree marketing strategies for product launches and brand pillars.

Implement paid media strategies with a focus on digital and social media.

Collaborate with agencies and retail partners to maximise e-commerce opportunities and ensure timely delivery of assets.

Conduct post-campaign analysis and report insights to global teams.

The Successful Applicant

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in brand management or marketing, ideally within the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors.

Skills & Knowledge: Strong background in digital and traditional marketing strategies, including social media, CRM, and media activation.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in a multinational company and ideally in the beauty or luxury industry.

Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organisational and time management skills.

Personal Attributes: Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for staying ahead of trends in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle.
