About Our Client
My client is an interior design firm that currently consists of 6 permanent staff members based north of the river.
Reporting into the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager position will work closely with the team including Project Managers, Designers and Administrators. This role will sit within a highly supportive and fun work environment.
This role is available to someone who requires role flexibility and loves to drive creative and innovative marketing strategies to reach desired business outcomes on online and offline platforms.
The role will be recruited on a temporary hourly rate basis and requires the selected individual to be available to work 2 - 3 days per week.
Manage the budget, strategy and implementation of Marketing and Digital campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve and create engaging above the line and below the line marketing campaigns.
Develop marketing and digital collateral/content including but not limited to:
- Copy writing for email marketing purposes, the website, social media, blogs and brochures.
- Design of brochures/flyers, info-graphics, website collateral, social images using the selected candidates desired design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Video planning, filming and editing for social media platforms and the website as required.
Optimise the website through SEO key word research and implementation on blogs, tags, meta descriptions, heading tags, alt text, etc. (The selected candidate could outsource this if required)
Manage all current social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Build and develop LinkedIn for B2B advertising purposes. (Paid and Organic)
Create and implement PPC and SMM Advertisements using Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager (The selected candidate could outsource this if required)
Report monthly on campaign performance and analytics to the wider business using Google Analytics
Qualify leads generated through Digital and Marketing campaigns and work closely with the Client Liaison and designers to optimise conversion on leads
Work with external suppliers/agencies for budget and campaign management as directed
The Successful Applicant
Ability to work in an autonomous marketing and digital focused position from an implementation and strategic perspective
Ability to manage and coordinate marketing budgets
Confident in delivering marketing strategies and working closely with internal and stakeholders for campaign purposes
Strong copy-writing ability and can provide examples of copy-writing experience as required
Experienced across social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and potentially Pinterest
Ability to update, edit and implement content and copy-writing on the WordPress based website as required
Ability to create content using the Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Ability to report on campaign performance using Google Analytics or other supporting tools recommended by the selected candidate if required
