About Our Client
Our client is a reputable property developer who is continuing to experience growth across their Australian business. They're seeking a Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave on a 12 month contract. You will manage the brand, sales and new development projects across 3 portfolios.
- Developing the marketing strategy with a focus on areas for further growth and innovation, while still aligning with company objectives.
Overseeing all collateral, PR, press, outdoor, media and digital marketing channels
Manage web presence including SEO, design & content strategies, including management of the CMS and hosting infrastructure
Utilise customer data and conduct market research for optimising marketing campaigns
Measure ROI and KPIs, monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications and management of the marketing budget
Stakeholder management of key agents.
Ensuring legislative, privacy and business compliance across all activity
Provide team leadership, performance management and professional development of all direct reports.
The Successful Applicant
You will ideally have 3+ years' experience in a marketing manager role, to your advantage, in the property/construction industry. You'll have a proven track record of achieving excellence through quantifiable results, alongside demonstrated leadership while managing and prioritizing complex environments. You'll have the ability to think big picture, but have an eye for detail.
