This is a prominent FMCG business in Southwestern Sydney who supply some of the biggest brands into Australia & New Zealand's largest food retailers.

Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Designing bold and creative marketing strategies to position the company as the market leader
  • Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities
  • Developing and implementing brand building strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Driving marketing events and campaigns and promotional strategies
  • Leading, mentoring and motivating the marketing team
  • Ownership of end-to-end marketing and channel management for multiple brands

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent English and Chinese verbal & written communication and negotiation skills
  • Min 5-7 years in Marketing roles within FMCG industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and people management skills
