I have been exclusively engaged to work with Carpet Court Australia, Australia's largest retail flooring and blinds specialist with over 200 stores nationwide, all locally owned and operated. Job Description
Based out of the National Support Centre in Clayton and reporting directly into the Chief Marketing Officer, core responsibilities of the role include:
- Working as part of the marketing team to support the vision and strategy as determined by the CMO
- Managing the national campaign calendar, and briefing all external and internal stakeholders
- Assisting in the management of television and still photography shoots
- Developing briefs for external suppliers including creative, media and PR agencies
- Managing all meeting requests for the CMO, setting agendas and taking minutes
- Developing and managing promotional and advertising material in line with marketing objectives
- Coordinating Brand Ambassadors and their calendars
- Assisting the marketing team with content required for updating the intranet and website
- Assist in the management of member events and conferences
- Delivery of competitions from inception through to fulfilment of prizes
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a project manager, excellent communicator and someone able to work across disciplines with varied stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Over 3 years' experience in a marketing role
- Strong project coordination capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Motivated, driven and enthusiastic
- A team player, always keen to assist where possible
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement
- High-level Microsoft Office proficiency
