Job Description

  • Perform routine inspections of fixed plant systems
  • Identify and rectify defects to maintain operational efficiency
  • Implement strategies to enhance the reliability of plant machinery
  • Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing department on project work
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Develop and maintain maintenance records
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Participate in continuous training and development programs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Mechanical Reliability Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Energy & Natural Resources sector
  • Strong knowledge of plant machinery and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to workplace safety and sustainability practices
