Reporting into the Head of the department, you will be responsible for the execution of the bi-annual Faculty magazine (Exchange) in both print and digital
Developing engaging written and visual content that will support and enhance exposure of the faculty locally, nationally and globally
Development and execution of a strong media plan by maintaining and building strong media relations, writing engaging media content, obtaining news stories and write-ups for Faculty events, activities and staff in the media
Advising the department head on the execution of social media campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
Collaboration with centralised marketing team, Senior Leadership team, and channel teams on corporate communications, crisis communications and sponsorships
Analyse media listening analytics, website traffic, social media and other trends in order to consistently identify opportunities for growth
The Successful Applicant
Rich understanding of B2C and B2B relevant social media and video channels
Proven experience in content generation across offline and online mediums (must feel highly confident in online channels)
Strong writing and copy skills with the ability to breakdown complicated subject matters into long and short form articles and press releases
An ability to both work independently and as part of a fast paced team
