Job Description

Reporting to the Member Services Manager, you will you will play a key role in supporting membership acquisition and retention. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Support the acquisition and retention of members by enhancing engagement through digital tools, data collection, and follow-up procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions, including quote preparation and membership transitions.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to membership status, benefits, and service offerings.
  • Contribute to team KPIs, ensuring that targets for service delivery, customer engagement, and quality assurance are met.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying current with industry trends and internal policies.
  • Analyze data and propose actionable improvements that elevate the member experience.



The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a dedicated Member Services Consultant who has a passion for delivering excellent service and enjoys working cooperatively within a small team. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. The role will require full-time hours, Monday to Friday, they are looking for someone to fill this role as soon as possible.
