We are seeking a skilled Microsoft D365 Technical Developer to join a small Queensland Government department in Brisbane on a temporary basis. Initial 5 month day rate contract with a 6 month extension option.
  • Brisbane based candidates only. 5 month contract with 6 month extension.
  • Hybrid Environment. 3/2 office vs home expectation.

Job Description

This resource will be responsible for delivering robust business solutions, leveraging Dynamics 365, .NET, and Azure to meet enterprise needs of the Department.

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft D365 in line with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse system needs.
  • Customise and configure Microsoft D365 applications to enhance functionality.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft D365 with other systems.
  • Document development processes and maintain system documentation.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft D365 features and technologies.

The Successful Applicant

Experience: 4+ years in Dynamics 365 Technical developer or similar rolesKey Requirements:

  • Proven experience developing enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and .NET technologies
  • Hands-on expertise in building Model-Driven Apps and delivering customised solutions within the D365 environment
  • Strong skills in data integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript for custom development
  • Experience creating and maintaining Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory pipelines
  • Ability to design and build Power BI dashboards for business intelligence
  • Demonstrated knowledge in developing plugins, web resources, and custom workflows in Dynamics 365
  • Experience designing dashboards and visualisations within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Solid understanding of .NET, Dynamics 365, and Azure architectures
