Job Description

The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Scheduling and Mobilising Technicians: Efficiently coordinate technician deployment across multiple sites, ensuring jobs are completed on time and within scope.
  • End-to-End Customer Management: Handle all aspects of customer interactions via phone and email, from initial contact through to job completion.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange flights and accommodations for technicians, ensuring compliance with site requirements and schedules.
  • Job Planning and Administration: Oversee planning, quoting, creating purchase orders, invoicing, and credits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure technicians meet all compliance requirements through site access databases and proper documentation.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Engineering & Sales Lead, Resource Planning Lead, and Field Team Leads, to resolve any issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Project Coordination: Support field teams by preparing necessary documentation, managing inductions, training, medicals, and ensuring tools and information are in place for successful project delivery.
  • Up selling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling services, ensuring seamless service without overloading the team.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Proven Scheduling and Mobilisation Experience: Experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating technicians or tradespeople.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and app-based programs like Skedulo, with a focus on accuracy in SharePoint and other systems.
  • Proactive and Detail-Oriented: A self-directed multitasker who takes the initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer Focused: Strong customer service skills with a track record of handling client interactions end-to-end.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience in trades scheduling, utilities, or construction; familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and scheduling tools like Skedulo.
