This 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover) is an exciting opportunity to lead category development, drive commercial strategies, and enhance brand presence within the grocery channel. We're looking for someone with experience in National Account Management within food and beverage, and experience within category management is a huge plus!

Job Description



  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships within your accounts.


  • Drive category leadership and commercial strategy using data-driven insights.


  • Negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and value-added services.


  • Optimize SKU assortment and align innovation strategies with retailer needs.


  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.


  • Provide insights on consumer trends, promotional effectiveness, and competitor analysis.

The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience managing key accounts in retail, grocery, or FMCG category management.


  • Strong retailer relationship management, ideally with major grocery accounts.


  • Expertise in category planning, assortment strategy, and data analysis tools.


  • Commercially astute, with a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.


  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.


  • Passionate about FMCG and retail trends, particularly in the coffee space.
