Job Description

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities aligned with strategic goals
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare business cases for expansion
  • Manage the new business pipeline and develop persuasive propositions
  • Convert prospects into long-term customers with tailored product and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility and drive innovation

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated success in proactively hunting and securing new business opportunities, with a focus on building a strong pipeline and closing deals
  • Highly driven and resilient, with the ability to identify prospects, open doors, and convert leads into long-term partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial analysis and strategic planning
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or Engineering; MBA highly regarded
  • Results-driven, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver growth targets
