Are you an experienced real estate professional with a proven track record in managing retail store portfolios for premium brands?

Our client is a leader in global luxury fashion icon that is seeking a dynamic and strategic National Real Estate Manager to oversee and expand the retail presence across Australia.

Job Description

You will be a collaborative retail leasing expert ideally from a luxury and apparel retail background. You will be able to demonstrate you can:

  • Lead and manage the leasing strategy and negotiations for all retail locations across Australia.
  • Drive expansion and optimise existing store locations, ensuring premium standards align with the brand image.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop real estate strategies that support business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, identify prime retail opportunities, and evaluate locations for new stores.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers to secure the best terms for the company.
  • Oversee lease renewals, relocations, and renegotiations to enhance store profitability.



The Successful Applicant

Reporting to the Australian Managing Director, you will be able to communicate clearly, value working closely with your stakeholders and be able to give strong examples of adding value.

You have be able to demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in retail real estate management, ideally within the luxury or premium retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian retail property market, particularly in Sydney and key national locations.
  • Proven experience in leasing, negotiations, and managing a diverse store portfolio.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with a focus on growth, expansion, and market opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • A self-starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
