Job Description

  • Drive sales growth in commercial furniture.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships within the reseller network.
  • Expand market presence in target regions (Queensland, Melbourne, Sydney).
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial attitude and hunter mentality.
  • Contribute to mergers and acquisitions for business expansion.
  • Communicate effectively for negotiations and door-knocking.
  • Focus on revenue growth and market share retention.
  • Balance business development and account management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record as a natural salesperson with a hunter mentality.
  • Previous experience in the furniture industry.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to cultivate and nurture partnerships.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian market, with a focus on growth opportunities in specific regions.
  • Strong existing network within the reseller network.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude, capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with premium furniture products and understanding of unique selling points.
  • Experience or understanding of driving business growth through mergers and acquisitions.
  • Willingness and potential to transition into a Head of Sales role.
  • Effective communication skills and resilience in the face of challenges.
