This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and will require regular travel across these key locations (approximately every couple of weeks), shaping the future of one of Australia's most iconic coffee brands.

Job Description

Lead and Empower the Team
 

  • Manage a high-performing sales team spanning VIC, QLD, NSW, and SA.
  • Build a collaborative, results-driven culture that supports growth and innovation.
  • Inspire your team to drive new business, nurture relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Grow Key Corporate Relationships
 

  • Oversee ST. ALi's large accounts and corporate partnerships, ensuring they remain strong and fruitful.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the corporate portfolio, drive revenue, and boost market presence.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities, showcasing ST. ALi's commitment to excellence and sustainability.

The Successful Applicant

Who We're Looking For:
 

  • A proven sales leader with national experience in the food & beverage sector-coffee knowledge is advantageous but not required.
  • Someone with a hands-on, proactive approach and a talent for navigating fast-paced environments.
  • A strategic thinker who can lead with confidence and deliver results.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across key locations and manage stakeholders across states.
  • Experience in both large-scale operations and SME environments is highly regarded.
