We are seeking a skilled Network and Server Support professional to join a leading player in the industrial and manufacturing industry.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain network and server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Configure Enterprise networks consisting of switches, routers, Wi-Fi Access points, and network monitoring devices.
  • Act as an Implementor/Designer for network solutions in coordination with peer Network Engineers and global teams
  • Install and cable network equipment in the local Datacentres and Industrial sites across Australia
  • Maintain corporate network infrastructure including IOS and Nexus switches, Access Switches, Cisco ISR Routers and Cisco Wireless APs equipment
  • Establish efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement within the department.
  • Solid hands on experience with troubleshooting Layer 2, Layer 3 and Wi-Fi issues is a must to have for this role
  • You should be willing to travel to different sites to handle network related activities, when required - Need a valid AU licence



The Successful Applicant

A successful Network and Server Support professional should have:

  • Strong technical expertise in supporting network and server systems.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving IT infrastructure issues.
  • Strong systems experience across Microsoft Suite
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field is desirable.
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in technology and industry standards
