As a Network Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology within the property industry. This temporary position, based in Melbourne, offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects and deliver valuable insights.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to network systems.
  • Analyse current network processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for implementation.
  • Work closely with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.
  • Conduct testing and validation of network systems to meet business objectives.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Network Business Analyst should have:

  • A strong understanding of network systems and processes within the property industry.
  • Understanding of network and security components required both for an SDWAN and SASE deployment
  • Strong business analysis skills, someone who has been across a project from eliciting requirements from business stakeholders, documenting business requirements all the way to being involved in testing and transition to support
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with testing and validating technical solutions.
  • An adaptable approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
