About Our Client
Our client is a successful, Australian owned, National FMCG organisation that supplies products to grocery, food service and industrial markets. They pride themselves on quality and being the best in the market. They are now looking for a NPD Project Manager to drive efficiency's and profitability at their head office facility.
The purpose of the Project Manager is to lead and manage the retailer accounts to ensure all new product development projects are monitored and progressing. The PM function will work closely with the R&D Department to drive new and improved projects across the ready to eat function.
Use your project management skills to launch innovation and promo projects across the ANZ region.
End to end product accountability from plant trials and first runs, working with an established and dedicated wider team.
Build effective relationships across operations, R&D, technical and supply chain to ensure fluid communication on all projects.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you will be a tertiary qualified Project Manager with a background in a science or food related discipline. You will have a passion for Australian Manufacturing and have worked with the 3 major retailers in Australia.
Experienced project management professional, in food or drink working in a technical team
Stakeholder Management with effective decision-making, problem-solving and influencing skills
Proven track record of managing New Product introduction projects
Exceptional communication skill both written and verbal
