Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Admin / Office Manager to join their team and provide vital support to the Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) Management Team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have strong administrative and analytical skills, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the RDC Management Team in areas such as meeting coordination, reporting, safety, payroll, and record keeping.
  • Conduct basic analysis of warehouse performance, generating regular reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
  • Manage the scheduling and agenda for Toolbox meetings, ensuring follow-ups
  • Assist supervisors with roster management and ensure time sheets are complete and accurate for payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with the RDC Manager and Facilities Manager to support facilities maintenance and external audits.
  • Ensure all OHS reports and documents are maintained and compliant with statutory and company protocols.
  • Assist with Return to work administration, including document preparation for supervisors.
  • Support new employee onboarding, including training on time clocks and safety inductions.

  • Strong administrative experience with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze and report data effectively to ensure quality and meaningful reporting.
  • Experience working in environments with competing priorities, and a passion for overcoming challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a diverse team, valuing different perspectives, and enjoying both learning from others and contributing to the team's success.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • While flexible working options are available, the role requires someone who can be onsite the majority of the time.
