Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Oracle team effectively.
  • Oversee Oracle system implementations and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle-based issues.
  • Maintain a robust and secure Oracle environment.
  • Collaborate with other technology teams for cross-functional projects.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting within the Technology department.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle developments and trends in Technology & Telecoms.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Oracle Manager should have:

  • Proven leadership abilities in managing a team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle systems and software.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in relation to Oracle systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and other departments.
  • A passion for technology and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
