Job Description

This is a Line One role.

The role may also include delivering learning solutions to staff and evaluation of effectiveness with insights identified for future iterations.

The Charter has a strong focus on the sustainability of any uplift delivered; and so, the role includes a focus on the design and implementation of sustainability measures to ensure to ongoing adoption of processes and learning by relevant business owners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or related field - Desirable
  • Cert IV in Training and Education or Equivalent Work Experience - Desirable
  • Coaching accreditation - Desirable
  • Extensive experience in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology role within medium to large corporate organisations
  • Extensive knowledge and advanced skills in the pragmatic application of change management and project management
  • Successful development and implementation of strategic programs in a commercial environment
  • Ability to deliver face-to-face and virtual learning programs
  • Experience within the Financial services industry is desirable
  • Excellent Organisational Development skills
  • Strong consulting skills with ability to build trust and influence
  • Proven ability to think strategically and innovatively, while considering the organisational impacts
  • Strong ability to lead enterprise-wide change, utilising a range of methodologies, techniques and data driven decision making
  • Strong ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive and flexible, results-focused attitude
