Job Description

Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making.As HR Officer, you will be responsible for delivering core HR services and supporting strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.



Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies and local regulations.
  • Provide guidance to employees on benefits and payroll-related queries.



Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.



Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs to build skills and support career growth.
  • Monitor completion rates and evaluate program effectiveness.



Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Address employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR operations and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of HR experience, with exposure to recruitment and employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to commit 3 days a week
  • Having full-right to work in Australia
