Job Description

The Partnership Manager role will involve;

  • Managing partner support and program activities, including coordinating pre- and post-launch efforts for new and existing partnerships across the APAC region.
  • Collaborating with the Program Management Team, Media Product Business Development Team, Services Content Owners, and Media Product Marketing to achieve key business objectives for each partner.
  • Overseeing and project-managing partner launches, including campaign setup, testing, and performance monitoring.
  • Providing post-launch support to partners by addressing issues related to invoicing, customer care, campaign maintenance, and partner inquiries.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights and drive subscription growth optimization.
  • Gain a deep understanding of back-end systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Streamline manual processes, transitioning them into automated and scalable solutions.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Partnership Manager should have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to focus, simplify complex issues, and deliver quality results.
  • Highly self-motivated and adaptable, demonstrating a flexible approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and seeking expertise.
  • Experience in digital subscriptions, including knowledge of best practices for subscription user journeys.
  • Proven success in collaborative roles, working effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Skilled in project management, handling a diverse range of internal priorities and partner-led initiatives.
  • Effective communicator, capable of tailoring status updates and insights for cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not essential.
