Job Description

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Maintain and update payroll records in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, superannuation, and other payroll-related requirements.
  • Address payroll enquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Generate payroll reports and provide insights to the Accounting & Finance team.
  • Assist in payroll audits and ensure all documentation is in order.
  • Work closely with HR to manage employee data and benefits integration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and implement best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Associate should have:

  • A solid understanding of payroll systems and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Preceda and/or ADP Global View (preferred but not essential)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
