About Our Client

Our client is currently experiencing a rapid growth period and are looking to bring on a strategic payroll leader to guide them through this exciting period. They have a fantastic workplace culture and offer significant opportunities for internal career progression.

Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll (circa 5000 employees)
  • Drive continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with complex legislation
  • Processing and calculating superannuation, payroll tax/PAYG
  • Month/year end closing
  • Identifying process improvements
  • Partner and develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure strong cross functional relationship between finance, HR and payroll



The Successful Applicant

We are seeking experienced payroll leaders with a passion for process improvement and change management. This role is not focused on BAU processing, it is a strategic role focused on continuous improvement and compliance - so those with strong experience in this space will be looked upon favourably!
