Job Description

Reporting to the Human Resource Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage end‑to‑end payroll processes in line with legislation and internal standards.
  • Ensure accurate processing of employee pay, entitlements, and deductions.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date payroll and employee records across relevant systems.
  • Handle statutory payments and compliance requirements such as superannuation, PAYG, and payroll tax.
  • Respond to payroll enquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Support payroll components of onboarding and offboarding.
  • Assist with audits, reconciliations, and payroll‑related reporting.
  • Contribute to improvements in payroll and HR processes and systems.
  • Meet all payroll processing deadlines.
  • Provide general HR administration support across the employee lifecycle.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2 years of payroll experience
  • Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and awards
  • Experience using payroll and HRIS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
