This is a great opportunity for Payroll Officer looking to grow their career and make the role their own.Job DescriptionReporting into the CFO your responsibilities will include:End to end payroll functions globally (including Australia, Dubai, Netherlands & USA offices)Process leave (vacation, unpaid, sick)Record payroll data in various global payroll software programs (including Xero)Initiate direct deposits for payroll globallyAlter employee tax status as needed as well as any information about withholdingAssisting with end of month reporting related to payrollProcessing new employee's contracts and terminations (from a payroll perspective)Managing Superannuation Choice funds for employeesAnswering general payroll enquiries & Resolving payroll issuesThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have at least 3 years in a similar end-to-end payroll position. They should be tech-savvy, with Xero experience as a bonus. Additionally, they will be mature, able to work independently, responsible and will understand confidentiality.
