Job Description

Reporting into the CFO your responsibilities will include:

  • End to end payroll functions globally (including Australia, Dubai, Netherlands & USA offices)
  • Process leave (vacation, unpaid, sick)
  • Record payroll data in various global payroll software programs (including Xero)
  • Initiate direct deposits for payroll globally
  • Alter employee tax status as needed as well as any information about withholding
  • Assisting with end of month reporting related to payroll
  • Processing new employee's contracts and terminations (from a payroll perspective)
  • Managing Superannuation Choice funds for employees
  • Answering general payroll enquiries & Resolving payroll issues

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years in a similar end-to-end payroll position. They should be tech-savvy, with Xero experience as a bonus. Additionally, they will be mature, able to work independently, responsible and will understand confidentiality. Most importantly, they will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and will be a great energy to the office!
