Reporting to the Payroll Manager, my client is on the search for an experienced hands-on Payroll Officer to join their Finance team in Noble Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll.

Job Description

  • Drive accurate salary and wage processing to be efficiently paid in a timely manner while complying with relevant legislation
  • Maintain successful record keeping, ensuring entitlements and ledgers are reflected in transactions
  • Establish positive internal relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage super details & PAYG/payroll tax
  • Support system optimisation, including suggested improvements to processes

The Successful Applicant

  • End-to-end payroll experience
  • Exposure to a variety of pay periods (weekly to monthly)
  • Knowledge of Australian payroll tax and relevant legislation's
  • Excellent time management and teamwork qualities is a must
