Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain payroll records, timesheets, leave entitlements, and employee data
  • Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
  • Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and management
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy
  • Stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
  • Other Ad hoc duties as required



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar end-to-end standalone payroll position. They will be tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up new software's with ease. Additionally, they will have payroll experience for both Australia and NZ employees. Most importantly, they will have a strong work ethic, strong communication and interpersonal skills, will take initiative, and will be reliable and driven.
