Job Description

  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update employee records across multiple payroll systems.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
  • Assist with month-end processes and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team for payroll-related reconciliations.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Payroll Officer will have:

  • 2 - 4 years' experience with end-to-end payroll processing.
  • High-volume or multi-site payroll experience will be highly regarded.
  • Experience across multiple enterprise agreements will be highly regarded.
  • Payroll systems experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
